As the Office & HR Administrator, Kristi Massey guides Labarre’s internal processes with a skilled hand and contagious enthusiasm. Her outstanding organization skills allow her to manage daily operations within the firm, including accounting, finance, and human resources. With Executive Management, Kristi also creates, implements, and evaluates business strategies across the organization to serve clients as effectively as possible. In many ways, she serves as a true shepherd for Labarre’s company culture: her dependability, honesty, and generosity are unrivaled. Kristi graduated summa cum laude from LSU Shreveport with an MBA. She is also certified in Operations Management and an active member of the Greater Baton Rouge Society for Human Resource Management (GBR SHRM).

When she is outside of the office, Kristi utilizes her leadership skills to inspire tomorrow’s heroes by working side-by-side with her husband who is the student pastor at a local church. Kristi also supports Samaritan’s Purse, a humanitarian aid organization specializing in disaster relief. She became a volunteer for the institution after seeing their kindness first- hand: Samaritan’s Purse was one of the first on the ground and the last to leave after floods took over her town in 2016.
