Pelican State Credit Union has been a client of LABARRE ASSOCIATES, INC. since 2001. LABARRE ARCHITECTS, APAC has designed numerous projects for Pelican State Credit Union withCommercial Design Interiors, ranging from a 300 square foot micro-branch to a large-scale adaptive renovation of an existing 44,000 square foot office building into the credit union’s corporate office in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. Each project provided a different set of challenges for the Labarre team, which relied on their experience with financial facilities to ensure that the client’s needs were satisfied.







Pelican State Credit Union - Pineville Branch

The teller pods created an atmosphere for the credit union's members that was more retail-like and fit in with Pelican State CU's corporate culture. Pelican State Credit Union - Denham Springs Branch Update

Pelican State Credit Union - Strategic Facility Plan

Pelican State Credit Union - Sherwood Forest Corporate Headquarters

Project Description: Labarre Real Estate was able to find Pelican State Credit Union a building formerly owned by Piccadilly Cafeteria, which Pelican was able to lease partial space back to Piccadilly for a few years after acquisition. Labarre, partnering with CDI Solutions, designed a phased large-scale adaptive renovation of the existing office building into the credit union’s corporate office by incorporating branding, new corporate culture, and policies.
