La Capitol Federal Credit Union

In 2011, LABARRE REAL ESTATE assisted La Capitol Federal Credit Union in securing a lease in a strategically located shopping center in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.  LABARRE ARCHITECTS and their interior design partner, Commercial Design Interiors, then designed the 2,400 sq. ft. space and Drive-Thru facility which was built by LABARRE CONSTRUCTION.  La Capitol already had a strong marketing campaign in place prior to this project.  Labarre worked closely with La Cap’s marketing consultant to incorporate their marketing images and colors in a durable, attractive, and cost efficient manner.  LABARRE FACILITIES provided overall project management as well as coordination of La Cap’s vendors for items that are not typically included in a traditional construction contract, including bank equipment, security, bullet resistant glass, furniture, and all interior and exterior signage.
