Labarre Associates, Inc.

In 2014, La Capital Federal Credit Union came to LABARRE ARCHITECTS, APAC and LABARRE CONSTRUCTION to create a new design for a prototype branch.  This prototype was designed and built concurrently in Metairie, LA and Baton Rouge, LA.  La Capital Federal CU wanted a remote teller type branch with a retail feel to the lobby using their corporate brand and designed with tight budget concerns in mind.  LABARRE ARCHITECTS teamed up with partner COMMERCIAL DESIGN INTERIORS to create this new type of branch.

La Capitol FCU - Siegen Lane Branch

La Capitol FCU - Houma Branch

Project Description: La Capitol Federal Credit Union bought an existing bank branch in Houma to renovate into a new branch to serve their customers.  Labarre Associates, Inc. was able to take the dark and dated building and create something that fit within La Cap's new prototype aesthetics and lightened up the site without having to tear down and rebuild.

La Capitol FCU - O’Neal Branch

Location: Baton Rouge, LA

Project Description: La Capitol needed a branch on a commercial corridor O'Neal Lane in Baton Rouge and was able to lease out an end cap space in a strip mall.  The project added a drive through onto the end cap and started branding the interior of the space through finishes and furniture selections.
