Greystone Country Club

LABARRE ASSOCIATES, INC. has been working with Greystone Golf & Country Club since 2005. LABARRE ARCHITECTS, APAC produced a complete design for the temporary clubhouse of the Greystone Country Club.  The clubhouse includes a pro shop, banquet room, and restaurant with a bar. This facility was designed as a residence, enabling Greystone to sell this temporary clubhouse upon completion of the permanent clubhouse. With minor remodeling and an easy transition, the pro shop becomes a garage and the restaurant becomes a spacious living area and master suite.  All aspects of the design were created with the intention of this building being transformed into a luxury residence.

In 2008 Greystone called on LABARRE ARCHITECTS to design and build their new Pool Pavilion and Banquet Hall.  This project includes a plantation-style porch overlooking the pool and golf course, vaulted ceilings, and a well-equipped commercial kitchen.  In addition to their temporary clubhouse, this facility gives Greystone the ability to host large events without having to rush into construction of their high-budget permanent clubhouse which is planned for the future.
