First Castle Federal Credit Union

In 2006 First Castle Federal Credit Union called on LABARRE ASSOCIATES, INC. to develop a strategic facilities plan to relocate their headquarters from New Orleans to Covington.  They had purchased a site and they wanted a comprehensive understanding of their long-term needs before beginning design of their new headquarters.  Their plans for growth made it cost effective to include a shelled second floor that could be leased as tenant space in the short term and allowed for expansion in the long term.

LABARRE ARCHITECTS, APAC and LABARRE CONSTRUCTION worked closely to keep this project within strict budgetary constraints.
