3. Mortgage Financing - Labarre Associates and can arrange acquisition, construction, and permanent mortgage financing for our clients.

1. Real Estate Brokerage - As a member of the Greater Baton Rouge Realtors Association, we adhere to the highest professional standards in the real estate profession. We are licensed to list and sell residential properties throughout the State of Louisiana.

2. Mortgage Financing - We can arrange first and second mortgage financing for residential properties throughout the State of Louisiana.
